You agree to acknowledge in all oral or written presentations, disclosures, redistributions, or publications the specific dataset(s) or applicable dataset identifier(s) and the data repositories through which you accessed the data.

No Reidentification (NR)

You agree to not attempt to re-identify individual human research participants from whom the data were obtained. Re-identification includes using these data alone or in combination with other data sets and metadata to identify participants in a de-identified dataset.

You agree to follow any applicable laws, regulations or policies that may govern use of the data; including but not limited to, 45 CFR 45, GDPR, and NIH Genomic Data Sharing Policy.
